DO YOU OFFER ANY TICKETS WITHOUT OPEN BAR?

We currently have two types of admissions to enjoy the show. The Regular ticket and the GOLD MEMBER TICKET, both include open bar drinks with or without alcohol.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We have no dress code.

CAN I ENTER COCO BONGO WITH A MINOR IF I GUARANTEE THAT THIS PERSON WILL BE UNDER MY SUPERVISION?

No. The law in Mexico dictates that each person must show an official identification proving that he/she is over 18 years of age before entering the establishment.

CAN I ENTER COCO BONGO WITH MY DIGITAL CAMERA?

Yes. You may enter Coco Bongo with small digital cameras, including the GoPro and Handycam kind, as long as they don’t carry long-range lenses and other accessories.

CAN I ENTER COCO BONGO WITH MY PRESCRIPTION DRUGS?

No. All kinds of drugs are prohibited.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A REGULAR TICKET AND A GOLD MEMBER TICKET?

Regular ticket entitles you to admission for the show and includes regular open bar until 3:30 a.m. GOLD MEMBER is our premium product; with the purchase of this ticket you are entiled to admission to the show, access through a special door to avoid lines, personal attention, a reserved seat inside the GOLD MEMBER area and PREMIUM open bar until 4:00 am.
The GOLD MEMBER area is located on the upper level, with a prime view of the show.

CAN I BUY FOOD INSIDE COCO BONGO?

We do not serve food.
If you are in Cancun, we recommend that you visit our Bar & Boutique. Located by the front door where you can find snacks while you enjoy your favorite sports.

CAN I BUY A TICKET FOR ANOTHER PERSON USING MY CREDIT CARD?

This is only a valid option if you make your purchase using the Paypal service. However, the reservation must be made in the name of the person who will receive the tickets.
Credit card payment policies: We do not deliver the tickets to anyone other than the owner, therefore, we require the cardholder is present and show an official photo ID as well as the card used to make the purchase, also the electronic confirmation of the purchase. These measures are for your own safety and to prevent others from committing any illegal action with your banking information.

IF AFTER BUYING TICKETS, I DECIDE TO CHANGE THE DATE, WILL THE PURCHASED TICKET STILL BE VALID FOR THE DATE THAT I WANT TO GO?

I ALREADY BOUGHT MY TICKETS BUT I CHANGED MY MIND & DON’T WANT TO GO TO COCO BONGO, CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?

We do not accept cancellations or refunds, only date changes.
If you already have your ticket, Go! You will not regret it!

WHICH BRANCH OF COCO BONGO SHOULD I GO TO? PUNTA CANA, PLAYA DEL CARMEN OR CANCUN?

Punta Cana, Playa del Carmen and Cancun have everything in common, the quality of the show, the one of a kind atmosphere and the great service from our staff. Regardless of which one you choose you will be surprised every minute, we recommend you choose the Coco Bongo that is closest to your destination.
